Mad Mariner has a new toy for those of you who have the iPhone bug.

The MadApp launched this week, a free application that allows you to access the latest Mad Mariner articles, news, photos and blog posts wherever you go—including our coverage of the Miami boat show starting next week.
 
Our team of reporters will be posting dozens of items and scores of photos and video on The Boat Show Blog, and you can catch it all live on the Mad Mariner website—or on your iPhone, where we have a special feed.
 
Mad Mariner's application, which can be downloaded from Apple's App Store (just look under "boating"), works with both the iPhone and the iPod Touch. You can visit our MadApp Page to learn more or ask questions.
 
Mad Mariner built its first mobile site more than a year ago, and the MadApp is the first of a suite of mobile applications that will bring you content from all Mad Mariner websites, including DIY-Boat.com, BoatingLine.com, MarineroLoco.com and—perhaps the most fun—The Docking Game.
 
Of course, if you don't have an iPhone, we have not left you out. More than a year ago, Mad Mariner built a basic mobile site that delivers marine news. Simply point your phone's browser to http://mobile.madmariner.com. Stories are updated daily.
